Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel completely comfortable in your Bamboo Underwear, which is why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, all returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
